What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that FM 350 in Polk County, TX on February 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:50 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by a 33-year-old Livingston man was headed southbound on FM 350 when it collided with a pedestrian traveling northbound towards traffic. The pedestrian was identified as 59-year-old Robert Lee Lewis, who suffered serious injuries in the collision.
