Police say the incident happened around 5:40 a.m. According to investigators, a semi-truck headed eastbound on County Rd 3400 is alleged to have disregarded a stop sign at the intersection with FM 829. As a result, reports say the truck collided Otha. GMC Sierra headed southbound on FM 829. The collision left the driver of the GMC, identified as 41-year-old Roberto Rubio, fatally injured at the scene.
