What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 10 in Hurst, TX on October 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:37 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 56-year-old Fort Worth man is said to have crossed three eastbound lanes while turning onto westbound Hurst Blvd, however was still blocking traffic lanes as a Jeep Patriot approached. The Jeep collided with the truck, which police said failed to yield, causing the driver of the Jeep, 66-year-old Rosa Cano, minor injuries. The Fort Worth man was not injured.
