Officials say the incident happened around 6:58 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Malibu headed northwest on Shiloh Rd is alleged to have failed to yield half the roadway before colliding head-on with a southeast bound Nissan Armada. Reports indicate the 33-year-old Nissan operator, Rosanna Schapansky, was seriously injured.
