Police say the incident happened around 1:58 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Cruze was northbound at FM 400, making a turn eastbound on US 62. Reports claim the vehicle failed to yield right of way before doing so, turning into the path of a crash into an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado . Authorities say the driver of the Silverado, unidentified as 46-year-old Rosario Rojas, was seriously injured.
