Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Brand Rd in Garland, TX on July 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:47 p.m. According to investigators, a Tesla Model S was southwest on East Brand Road before allegedly failing to stop at a red light. Reports claim the vehicle entered into the intersection and collided with a Chevrolet Tahoe traveling at a green light at President George Bush Hwy Frontage Road. Reports say the driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 62-year-old Rosemary Nava, had possible, unconfirmed injuries. The driver of the Tesla, identified as 39-year-old Tiatianna Pietre, was seriously injured, police say.
