Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured two people at Dyer St and Angora Loop Ave in El Paso, TX on July 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:50 p.m. A Ford Mustang operated by 22-year-old Ryan Harris was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed before it collided with a tow truck attempting to turn out of a private lot. Harris suffered serious injuries. A 19-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries. Police issued Harris a Failure to Control Speed charge.
