Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 84 in Coleman County, TX on August 28th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:25 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by 32-year-old Ryan Staples was headed southeast on US 84 when it began to suffer from steering issues. This caused to truck to veered from the road and the trailer it was towing to jackknife before the truck itself overturned. Staples suffered serious injuries in the crash.
