Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at  I-35W in Northlake, TX on January 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:09 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 37-year-old Muskogee, OK was headed northbound on I-35W reportedly performed an unsafe lane change and forced a Nissan Cube to the left of the road. The vehicle overturned and caused serious injuries to the driver, 21-year-old Samantha Anne Morton. The truck driver and his passenger were not injured and records show the driver was charged with Changing Lanes When Unsafe.
