Police say the incident happened around 12:45 p.m. A Chevrolet 3500 operated by a 47-year-old Tornillo, TX man is accused of failing to yield at a stop sign intersection. The action led to a Ford Mustang operated by 57-year-old Sandra Garza Bryand to collide with the vehicle. Bryand suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the collision. The Tornillo man was not injured and cited for Failure to Yield.
