Laredo Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at Black Diamond Circle in Laredo, TX on November 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:15 p.m. According to investigators, Santiago Calderon Serrano was reportedly working at a business that washes commercial trailers as an 18-wheeler in the lot was attempting to reverse. At some point, the truck struck Serrano under unclear circumstances and he was pinned between the truck and a barrier. He was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from.
