Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a woman at FM 917 in Mansfield, TX on June 23rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:12 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Avalanche was headed westbound when a passenger in the vehicle allegedly fell out of the vehicle when the passenger side door opened. Police say the passenger, identified as 21-year-old Sasha Smith, was struck by a pair of other vehicles which were not present at the scene when authorities arrived.
