According to officials, a 2024 International truck operated by 60-year-old Gregory Lee Dills is alleged to have struck a Freightliner truck after experiencing a tire blowout. The Freightliner, operated by 66-year-old John Collingsworth Jr. is alleged to have slowed to avoid debris in the roadway prior to the collision.
