Laredo Police are investigating a collision involving a pedestrian at Loop 20 and Bayside in Laredo, TX on July 16th, 2022. They say it occurred around 5 a.m. as 22-year-old Sebastian Charcas was crossing Loop 20 on foot. He was struck by a tractor-trailer headed northbound at the time and taken to an area hospital with injuries he is expected to recover from. The truck driver remained at the scene for authorities.
