What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at North Central Expressway at Haskell Ave in Dallas, TX on December 5th, 2021. Officials say the incident happened around 2 a.m. and involved five vehicles colliding under unclear circumstances on southbound North Central Expressway. Initial reports indicate a vehicle became disabled in a travel lane and was struck by an oncoming vehicle, creating a multi-vehicle crash. Two people, the driver and passenger of one vehicle, died at the scene. They were identified as 31-year-old Sergio Moriel and 27-year-old Melissa Aguilar. A third person was hospitalized with serious injuries. Police arrested 31-year-old Marsalis Brown on two potential intoxication manslaughter charges. 28-year-old Jose Reza-Salazar and 24-year-old Grayson Tsai Meu Chong were arrested on possible driving while intoxicated charges.
