Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a woman at I-635 in Dallas, TX on July 26th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:20 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 61-year-old Dallas man reportedly failed to control its speed in congested traffic and collided with the rear of a Nissan Altima operated by 44-year-old Shannon Michelle Hayek.
