Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-10 in Crockett County, TX on July 2nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:55 p.m. A Ford Expedition operated by 51-year-old Enrique Casillas reportedly suffered a tire blowout before losing control. The vehicle attempted to correct itself and ended up overturning multiple times. A passenger in the vehicle, 53-year-old Silvia Casillas, was partially ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries.
