Authorities are investigating a collision that injured a driver at US 190 in Polk County, TX on April 4th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 5:01 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado is alleged to have failed to yield right of way before pulling onto US 190 and colliding with a second Chevrolet Silverado. Following the impact, authorities say the truck rotated across the road into westbound lanes before making contact with a Ford Transit van.
