Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at  I-35 in Cooke County, TX on July 16th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:05 p.m. A Freightliner Cascadia 125 tractor-trailer operated by 30-year-old Ali Abshir Aden performed an unsafe lane change and collided with an Acura passenger car operated by 56-year-old Sylvia Hernandez Gonzalez. Gonzelez suffered serious injuries in the collision. Aden was not injured and was charged with Changing Lanes When Unsafe.
