State Police are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 46 in New Braunfels, TX on May 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:23 p.m. According to investigators, a Kenworth truck operated by a 60-year-old San Antonio man was reportedly traveling through an intersection before allegedly running a red light. It then struck a Buick LeSabre operated by 73-year-old Tamara Varner, which was turning left from Alyssa Way onto Hwy 46. Varner suffered serious injuries in the crash.
