Tyler Police are investigating a crash that killed two people at State Hwy 271 in Tyler, TX on September 16th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:20 p.m. According to investigators, a truck is alleged to have pulled out into the path of a vehicle while on FM 2015. The vehicles collided and reports say 62-year-old Tammy Gibney and 39-year-old Chelsea Askew were fatally injured.
