Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at Plantation Dr and Spring Branch Dr in Tyler, TX on September 24th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. A Dodge Charger operated by 27-year-old Christopher Hardy Jr is said to have veered from the road and crashed into a parked vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, 20-year-old Tamyra Campbell suffered fatal injuries. Hardy was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
