Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed two people at State Hwy 71 in Bastrop County, TX on June 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:18 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry operated by 56-year-old Paula Morton was allegedly headed westbound on an eastbound lane prior to colliding with an eastbound Kia.
