Authorities are investigating a head-on collision that injured a teen at Pleasanton Rd in San Antonio, TX on January 6th, 2025. Police are saying the incident happend around 9:55 a.m. Investigators claim a Nissan Sentra headed northbound collided with a Chevrolet Silverado that is alleged to have entered into a northbound lane when previously headed southbound.
