Lockhart Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Hwy 142 and San Antonio St in Lockhart, TX on March 22nd, 2022. Police say it happened around 11:45 a.m. Investigators believe an unidentified 19-year-old male was walking on the side of the roadway before he was struck by a vehicle.
