What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a person at FM 3126 in Polk County, TX on December 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:40 p.m. a vehicle, said to have been operated by a 15-year-old teen was allegedly traveling at an unsafe speed before it veered from the road. The vehicle is said to have overturned multiple times before the driver later died from his injuries at an area hospital. A passenger, 23-year-old Randall Zachery, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries.
