What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured three people at Grand Pkwy and East River Park Dr in Sugar Land, TX on August 5th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:33 p.m. A BMW 340 operated by a 26-year-old Fulshear woman was headed northbound in a left travel lane when it made a lane change from the left to right lane and collided with the rear of a Chevrolet Silverado. The Silverado overturned and a back seat passenger was ejected from the vehicle. In total, three people in the Silverado, suffered injuries. The Fulshear woman was not injured and charged with Intoxication Assault.
