What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured three people at State Hwy 349 in Martin County, TX on August 4th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:30 a.m. A Toyota Tacoma operated by a 28-year-old Levelland man reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer operated by a 57-year-old Midland man. The Levelland man and a 23-year-old passenger suffered serious injuries. The Midland man suffered minor injuries.
