Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Hurst Blvd and Bellaire Dr in Hurst, TX on September 5th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:52 p.m. A Toyota Tundra operated by 72-year-old Jesus Rodriguez Hernandez reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with a motorcycle stopped at a red light. The cyclist, 60-year-old Troy Fisher, was ehected from the bike and suffered serious injuries. Hernandez was treated for minor injuries and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
