Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at East Austin Street in Kermit, TX on November 14th, 2024. Police say the incident happend around 9:37 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Ram 1500 is alleged to have veered from the road into a fire hydrant. Authorities say a 41-year-old passenger, who was not publicly identified, was seriously injured. The 37-year-old driver, allegedly identified as Emilio Rodriguez Carrasco, was also allegedly seriously injured. Authorities further allege a Driving While Intoxicated charge was issued.
