Houston Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at Elizabeth Rose Dr in Houston, TX on July 12th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:15 p.m. According to investigators, a two pedestrians were walking in a neighborhood when they were struck by a vehicle. The vehicle left the scene without stopping to render aid. The driver, identified as 51-year-old Patrick Landry, was later arrested on failure to stop and render aid and driving while intoxicated charges.
