Bryan Police have arrested a driver in connection with a collision that injured two people at Texas Ave near Hensel St in Bryan, TX on October 10th, 2021. Police say it happened around 2 a.m. Two people were attempting to cross the road when they were struck by a Lincoln Navigator operated by 42-year-old Jay Vance Griffin III.
