What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two teens at US 83 in Taylor County, TX on November 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 6:32 p.m. Police say an eastbound Ford F-250 operated by a 17-year-old teen from Lawn, TX failed to yield and turned when unsafe, colliding with a second Ford F-250 at the intersection. The Lawn teen and driver of the other Ford, a 16-year-old Abilene male, were both seriously injured. A 19-year-old male in the first vehicle was evaluated for possible injuries.
