Texas Department of Public Safety officials have identified the person killed in a crash at I-10 in Crockett County, TX on January 1st, 2022. Police say the incident involved a westbound vehicle operated by Noah Emmanuel Terrell veered from the road into a median. From there, police say the vehicle overcorrected into a north barrow ditch before overturning multiple times. A passenger in the vehicle, 22-year-old Victoria Bianca Garcia, suffered fatal injuries.
