Area authorities have details on a crash that injured a driver US 380 in Hunt County, TX on November 18th, 2021. It happened around 9:30 a.m., according to investigators. They say a commercial truck operated by a 58-year-old Desoto man entered an outside lane of US 380 after pulling away from a stop sign and attempted to enter Spur 1570. A Nissan operated by 29-year-old William Henry Clark was headed eastbound on 380 when it collided with the truck. The impact pushed the Nissan into a ditch and Clark suffered minor injuries. The other driver was not injured and officers recommended and/or issued a Failure to Yield Row-Stop Sign charge.
