Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at FM 2186 in Randall County, TX on October 10th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:30 p.m. According to investigators, a pickup truck operated by 82-year-old Winford Grant is said to have turned into the path of an oncoming dump truck.
