What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at  TX 70 in Ochiltree County, TX on August 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:03 p.m. A Mack truck operated by a 38-year-old Perryton man reportedly failed to yield at a stop intersection and was struck by a Chevrolet Impala operated by a 46-year-old Garden City, KS woman. The woman suffered minor injuries. The Perryton man was not injured and cited for Failure to Yield at Stop Intersection.
