What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at I-10 in Fort Stockton, TX on August 12th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:16 p.m. A Cadillac ATS operated by 30-year-old Zandralina Acosta was headed eastbound on I-10 when it reportedly veered from the road and through a median. It then collided with a westbound commercial truck. Acosta suffered fatal injuries at the scene while the other driver, a 44-year-old Sunland Park, NM man, was not injured.
