What Happened

Utah Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at SR-191 in Grand County, UT on March 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:02 p.m. Investigators say a Jeep Wrangler headed southbound reportedly crossed a center line and collided head-on with a northbound semi-truck. The driver of the Jeep, identified as 66-year-old Christopher J. Quinn, who suffered fatal injuries. A 38-year-old passenger was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. The semi-truck driver was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
