What Happened

Utah Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at US Hwy 191 in Grand County, UT on September 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m. Investigators say an RV was turning out of a rest area headed southbound towards US 191 before it was struck by a northbound semi-truck. The collision caused fatal injuries to the RV operator. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured. Additional information was not yet available.
