Madison Police are investigating a collision that killed a person at Madison, WI on January 26th, 2022. Officials say it happened sometime around 11:55 a.m. 62-year-old Jay Ringelstetter was found in the area after having been struck by a delivery truck under unclear circumstances. While officials were not able to confirm what happened, they did say that Ringelstetter was known for picking up litter in the area.
