Wisconsin State Patrol officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-41 in Washington County, WI on June 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:20 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry was attempting to turn left onto eastbound on Hwy 60 after exiting I-41. In the process, officials allege the vehicle traveled into the path of a box truck, which struck an individual in a nearby median in the process. Police say the individual, a 42-year-old Cudahy man, was working as a surveyor at the time and suffered fatal injuries in the collision. Police say two others had undisclosed injuries.
