Little Rock police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Baseline Rd and I-30 in Little Rock, AR on January 14th, 2019. Police say 27-year-old Michael Turner was fatally injured when his motorcycle collided with the rear of an 18-wheeler as it was making a turn. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
