What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed three people at First St in Lufkin, TX on December 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:02 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Bronco operated by 24-year-old Michael Allman was headed southbound along with a Honda Accord operated by a 17-year-old male. Officials say the Honda veered into the path of the Ford, causing both to collide. The impact caused the Honda to strike a median and overturn into a streetlamp. Three occupants of the Honda were killed in the crash. They were identified as 18-year-old Antwonique Robertson, 19-year-old Anastasia Gray and 20-year-old Xzavien Grimble. Another passenger, identified as 19-year-old Reilly Brown, suffered serious injuries. Both drivers had minor injuries, according to police, and the Ford operator was charged with three counts of Intoxication Manslaughter.
