What Happened

State Police have identified the person killed in a crash at I-30 in Malvern, AR on May 24th, 2023. Officials say it happened around 4:01 a.m. and named 21-year-old Terrance Allen as the victim. Investigators believe a vehicle Allen occupied was stopped in a traffic lane for unclear reasons when it was rear ended by a Freightliner truck.
