What Happened

California Highway Patrol officers released details related to the accident that killed a man on the Knighton Rd I-5 off-ramp in Redding, CA on December 19th, 2018. Officials say a 60-year-old man was killed when his vehicle collided with the rear of a parked semi-truck in the shoulder of the off ramp. EMS officials pronounced the man dead at the scene. The semi-truck was not occupied at the time of the accident.
