What Happened

Ventura County Police are investigating a crash involving a semi-truck that killed one person on Hwy 118 in Moorpark, CA on January 27th, 2019. Officials say a vehicle lost control and ended up underneath a semi-truck. The driver of the vehicle, 30-year-old Stephen Velador Jr, became pinned in their vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
