Illinois State Police released the name of the woman killed in a semi-truck accident on I-80 in Will County, IL on January 26th, 2019. 28-year-old Julie McKinney was killed when her vehicle collided with the rear of a semi-truck. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
