What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that injured an officer at I-35E in Eagan, MN on March 14th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a semi-truck colliding with a police vehicle responding to an emergency call. Investigators allege the patrol unit was in the process of merging into the northbound lanes of the interstate and attempting a left turn at a crossover before the collision.
