What Happened

Union County Police released the name of the man killed in a drunk-driving accident on October 15th, 2018 in Union County, NJ. Giovanni Esposito was killed as a passenger in a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Ricardo Dos-Santos. Officials say the vehicle failed to stop and collided with a stopped semi-truck at a light. Dos-Santos was arressted and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding, failure to observe a traffic signal and failure to wear a seat-belt.
